When Cobblestone Carwash came to us with the idea for a new express tunnel in Casple Pines, CO, a town with a median income over $185,000, we knew we needed to design for the high end look and feel of the surrounding area. As it turns out, so did Castle Pines’ planning committee. Throughout the process, there was a lot of back and forth with the county about what exterior cladding would be acceptable, permitted colors, retaining wall materials, and more. In the end, we landed on this beautiful building donned in wood-look cladding, large glass towers, and a modern design. When driving by, you are almost beckoned by the beauty of this building to stop and get a wash.
