This iteration of the Washville building is a simple, modern design with just enough color to draw in a crowd. The main tower facing the street dawns Washville’s classic navy blue bringing excellent contrast to the white and cream sides. An orange stripe just below the roofline brings an added pop of color to catch the eye.

The unique L-Shapped parcel lends itself well to a carwash as the tunnel and pay lanes are able to fill one leg of the L while the vacuum lot fills the left over space giving both the tunnel and vacuums visibility from the main frontage.
