Hover Architecture Partner with STE-Holdings on Proposed Colorado Rail Infrastructure Initiative
DENVER, Colorado – June 30th, 2026
Hover Architecture announced today its partnership as the design architect for rail station development associated with proposed transportation initiatives led by STE-Holdings. The collaboration marks a significant step toward the advancement of a future-focused, interconnected rail system intended to serve communities throughout Colorado.
Under the partnership, Hover Architecture will lead architectural design efforts for rail stations planned along a number of proposed corridors, including the North Front Range, Denver Metropolitan Area, and Western Slope. The broader initiative aims to establish a privately funded, sustainable transportation network designed to improve mobility, strengthen regional connectivity, and support long-term economic growth across the state.
Hover Architecture’s role will focus primarily on station architecture and passenger-focused design strategies, with additional planning consultation support as needed throughout the development process. The project remains in the planning and public engagement phase, with resident interest sign-ups currently open through STE-Holdings.
The proposed rail initiative reflects growing interest in alternative infrastructure delivery models that prioritize sustainability, accessibility, and economic resilience. Planned corridors are intended to connect major population centers and congested regions relying on traditional forms of transit while supporting future-oriented development opportunities throughout Colorado.
