Employees are integrated in project work from kickoff, through concept, design, construction, and earn the privilege of holding the certificate of occupancy in their hands. Hover Architecture strives to make sure employees benefit from a positive, supportive, learning environment. Our team works on a variety of projects that might include automotive, retail, medical, tenant finish and mixed-use facilities. We meet with clients regularly by phone and in person, in order to facilitate communication between all stakeholders and maintain consistent status reporting. Walking a project site as needed to assess and adjust design documents is encouraged.
