Troy Kirschman, NCARB, AIA
Owner/Architect
A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Troy brings over 25 years of architectural experience to the architectural and development industries. His knowledge of site development and building design have proven invaluable in helping clients realize their vision, work through the local municipal approval process and develop documentation and support necessary for construction.
Troy has a passion for architecture and the built environment. Your vision becomes his vision. With his strong leadership skills and a proven track record, he and his team will make every effort to make your next project successful.

Andrea Morton, NCARB, AIA, LEED AP
Senior Architect
With over 25 years experience guiding projects from initial design through construction. Andrea is well versed in the team building, coordination, and negotiation required for successful outcomes. A graduate of Cornell University, her portfolio includes a wide range of project types from the 190,000 SF Crystal Bridges Museum with Safdie Architects to higher education projects, DOTI and USPS on-call contracts, chef-driven restaurants, and single-family homes.
As a LEED Accredited Professional since 2006, Andrea coordinated sustainability documentation and procured commissioning contracts as a member of the design team for the Crystal Bridges Museum.

Kyle May
Business Development Executive
Colorado native, Kyle May has nearly a decade of experience in business development and marketing. After completing his BA in Business Administration at The University of Colorado with a minor in stage lighting and sound design, Kyle began working at a marketing agency focused on landscaping companies. Eventually he ended up in the construction industry where he worked for a commercial general contractor as Marketing Director, Estimator, and Project Manager. Kyle joined Hover Architecture in Spring of 2024 as Business Development Executive and is working to build lasting relationships and help make ideas become reality.
In his free time, kyle enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing, and working on classic cars. His current project is a 1988 Toyota MR2 that he found in a field in Woodland Park, CO.

Kiffany Boggess
Office Manager
Kiffany grew up in Littleton, Colorado and was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her family moved to Boulder at the age of 3. After graduating high school in 2001 she completed some coursework in interior design at IADT Tampa. An opportunity to work in the nightlife industry arose in 2003 and she found a passion for Dance and Costume making which turned into an online boutique for women.
In 2008 she accepted a position as Office Manager for a building maintenance company. Then, from 2008-2017, Kiffany worked as Fleet, Inventory, Office, and Dispatch Manager. After that, she started with Humphries Poli Architects, where she became Office Manager. In 2019 the company merged with RATIO Architects out of Indianapolis and she started as a Project Account where she was nominated as Firmwide Culture Leader. In 2023 a former colleague thought Kiffany would be a great fit for Hover Architects and in April of 2023 she accepted the position as Office Manager.
In her spare time, Kiffany enjoys camping, sporting activities, paddleboarding, and traveling with the family. She has a love for food, fashion, design, painting, crafts of all kinds, and good puzzles. She never shys away from the dance floor and a good conversation. You will find true crime podcasts, Electronic and R&B music in her playlists.

Christian Tidwell
Project Manager
Christian earned his B.S. in Architecture from Arizona State University. He has experience in a variety of construction projects ranging from 600,000 SF mixed use complexes in urban Washington to custom residential projects in the Sonoran Desert and utilitarian chicken coops in rural Africa. Christian brings experience in designing responsible and sustainable buildings that relate to the existing environment. His unique perspective of project development enhances the overall design and the ultimate success of our clients.
Outside of the office, Christian is the doting father of two daughters, a hobbyist vegetable gardener and a volunteer genealogical consultant.

Joseph Erazo
Designer III
Originally from Ecuador, Joseph is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where he received a master’s degree in Architecture. He brings over five years of international architectural experience to the team. Throughout his career, Joseph has worked on various projects, from five-star hotel remodels to constructing a hospital in the Ecuadorian Amazon. He’s passionate about creating remarkable designs that enhance people’s lives and is excited for the opportunity to bring his skillsets to Hover.
Outside of the office, Joseph likes to go hiking, off-roading, and sample breweries with his wife Lindsay and adorable pup Milo.

Jeff Lane
Designer II
Jeff has earned two A.A.S. degrees in Architectural Drafting and Digital Design and Animation from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. He has 17 years of experience in projects ranging from a 150,000 SF High School in rural Arkansas, a seven story multi-family residential apartment building in the heart of Denver, to custom 10,000+ SF homes in central Arkansas. Jeff brings experience in designing all types of buildings with an eye for the smallest detail in the largest scope of projects. He likes to visualize buildings and components from the inside out, giving him a unique ability to see challenges and opportunities that may arise during future phases of the design and construction process.
Jeff is a recent immigrant to the greater Denver Metro area. Growing up in Tucson, he spent many visits with family in Colorado Springs, Glenwood Springs, and Denver area and has always wanted to relocate to Colorado. He is married and has two children, 14 and 4, and loves spending time outdoors with them. Jeff is an artist, an avid reader and loves to bike and play golf.

Amin Shafaeian
Designer II
Amin, a native of Iran, earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design-Architecture degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His enthusiasm for design and sustainable built environments is evident in his work.
Beyond the studio, Amin’s creativity extends to music, as he is an accomplished piano player, reflecting both his artistic flair and disciplined approach. Additionally, he finds joy in crafting and 3D printing, showcasing his passion for handmade items and innovation. In his free time, Amin embraces the great outdoors through camping and off-roading, demonstrating his love for adventure and balance between his design pursuits and nature.
